Document Type Fees
We sign and notarize all closing documents for all real estate purchases and signing for all out-of-state car purchases and loan modifications.
Note: We do not provide general mobile notary signing services for Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. Only Loan Signings.
Home Purchase
- Flat Rate: $180 without scan back, up to 35 miles
- Flat Rate: $190 without scan back, up to 42 miles
- Flat Rate: $200 with scan back, up to 35 miles
- Flat Rate: $225 with scan back, up to 42 miles
HELOC
- Flat Rate: $150, up to 27 miles
- Flat Rate: $175, up to 35 miles
Commercial Loan Signing
- Flat Rate: $400 for up to 27 miles (with or without scan back)
- Flat Rate: $500 for up 42 miles (with or without scan back)
Car Purchase Out- of- State- Signing
- Flat Rate: $100 for up to 27 miles
Commercial signing for Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard
- Flat Rate: $800*
Home Refinancing
- Flat Rate: $180 without scan back, up to 35 miles
- Flat Rate: $190 without scan back, up to 42 miles

Seller Side Signing for Home

Signing for Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard
- Flat Rate: $500 for all loan signing except commercial loan signing
*This fee is determined by the travel from Dennis and other associated costs related to performing services in Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard.
